Before any cooking begins, a chef’s first job is sourcing exceptional ingredients. Farms and Tables follows the small-scale farms and first-generation farmers who supply Chef Saw Naing of The Dutchess in Ojai, California.

Self-funded and filmed over five days by Noah Forbes and Taylor Mason, the project reflects the kind of stories we are drawn to personally: place, food, craft, and the people whose work often sits just outside the spotlight.
